Tasting Moscato Sangria

Hi loves!

Moscato Sangria

This week I had some friends over, so I thought why not try a big boxed wine that holds 34 glasses? I got a Moscato Sangria from Peter Vella Vineyards. I was surprised that the wine was white because Sangria automatically makes me think red, but it was still yummy.

Variety: Muscat

Region: California

Country: United States of America

Year: Not Specified on Box

Price: $14

Vineyard Review:

“From a humble beginning in Spain, Sangria’s popularity has grown worldwide to become a popular festive beverage. Sangria’s blend of white Moscato wine and citrus fruit flavors make for a refreshing beverage suited for all informal social gatherings.”

Sierra’s Review:

The nice thing about boxed wines is that they stay fresher a little longer and you get more wine than in a standard bottle (750ml). This Moscato Sangria is a super interesting mix. I obviously love Moscato and I drank a lot of Sangria when I studied abroad in Spain, but I had no idea they could mix. It was surprisingly pretty good and super sweet. It has the berry, fruity flavors of Sangria but the crisp, peach flavors of Moscato.
