Tasting Pinot Grigio

Hi loves!

Pinot Grigio

October in Oklahoma means that we can finally buy wine in our grocery stores, what a happy time for Oklahomans. We’re finally out of the dark ages! Anyways, this week I decided to try my first boxed wine and decided on Pinot Grigio. It makes me feel like I’m drinking an adult Capri Sun, which I absolutely love.

Variety: Pinot Grigio

Region: California

Country: United States

Year: Not On Container

Price: $3

Vineyard Review:

“This straw-colored wine has a light, pleasant nose of white flowers and an engaging feminine personality. The wine is refreshingly dry, with light body and a short perfumed finish.”

Sierra’s Review:

First, I really enjoy drinking out of the 500ml box wine. It made it super easy to put back in the fridge once I was finished drinking it for the night. When it comes to the taste, this Pinot Grigio was a very dry and light wine that made it easy to sip on. The initial smell gave me hints of acidity, but the taste was not super acidic. I can definitely taste a hint of floral, especially in the aftertaste.
