Review: Sephora Pomegranate Face Mask And Eye Mask

Hi, loves!

It has been a dream to have the opportunity to spend the last couple of months traveling all over the country of Spain. It has done wonders for growing as a person and as a traveler, but it has made me slack on taking care of my skin. I had a lazy day today, so I decided to wander around one of the main Shopping areas around Plaza Nueva in Spain.

I stopped a Sephora and decided that I needed some me time tonight and that included a bottle of wine and some skin care products. So I picked up three products I had not tested out before and decided to give them a try. In the United States a few months ago I had tried out the Sephora Lotus Flower face mask and I absolutely loved it, so I decided to try out a new one: Sephora Pomegranate face mask. My little eyes also spotted a matching Sephora Pomegranate eye mask, so I decided to give them both a try (because my face really needed it, like seriously travel is harsh on the skin).

Sephora Pomegranate Face Mask

The package says this product: reduces the signs of fatigue, awakens and tones the skin and is for energetic, fresh and radiant skin.

The instructions are simple:

  1. Unfold the mask and peel off the pink film.
  2. Apply the mask to a previously washed face.
  3. Leave for 15 minutes. Gently massage to absorb any excess. No need to rinse.

First thing is first…as soon as I opened up the package I was overwhelmed by how crazy good that it smelled. The yummy pomegranate smell was there from the beginning. I am not really a fan of the slimy feeling of sheet face masks, but as soon as I smoothed it onto my face my skin felt soothed and relaxed. I left the mask on for 15 minutes like the instructions said, and my face definitely felt fresh and hydrated. There was a lot of excess from the mask, so you might want to pat dry your face after massing it in. If not, it tends to dry up pretty quickly but leaves your face a little sticky feeling.

Overall, I loved this face mask and how it made my skin feel afterward. I definitely recommend Sephora’s Pomegranate Face Mask. There is just something about putting on a face mask at night that makes a girl feel like she can conquer the world. Am I right ladies (and gents)?

You can purchase the Sephora Pomegranate Face Mask here for only $6.00.

Sephora Pomegranate Eye Mask

The package says this product: reduces signs of fatigue, awakens and tones the eye contours and is for a rested, free from fatigue and energetic look.

The instructions are simple:

  1. Remove the protective films from both white fiber patches.
  2. Position the patches under each eye area.
  3. Leave them on for 15 minutes, then remove and gently massage any excess product into the skin. No need to rinse.

This package did not hit me with the strong pomegranate aroma as the face mask did, but it still smells good. I have never done an eye mask before, so this is a new one for me. Again, the slimy feeling is not my favorite, but as soon as I got the masks settled under my eyes my skin automatically felt hydrated.

After I took the masks off, the skin under my eyes felt soft and rejuvenated. I love this eye mask, and I have no idea why I did not try it sooner. I reccomend this product!

You can purchase the Sephora Pomegranate Eye Mask here for only $5.00.

**Disclaimer: This post is not in any way sponsored by Sephora and I purchased these products myself.
